Case Study: Fortune Bay Residence Launch Film for Topero

Topero Properties needed a launch film for Fortune Bay Residence, a luxury real estate project inspired by the cultural heritage of Ras Al Khaimah. PROS.CRTV made a cinematic concept film for the project, and the same shoot delivered every format the developer needed for the sales launch: the main film, an extended cut, a vertical version for social media and a set of campaign stills, all in one look.

The Task

A residential project before completion has to be sold on a feeling: what it will be like to live there. The film had to introduce Fortune Bay Residence, connect it to the heritage of Ras Al Khaimah and give the sales team material for every channel, from the website and broker presentations to Reels and Stories.

The Idea

The film is set against the desert landscape. It blends traditional architecture, natural textures and refined elegance to reflect the soul of a modern development rooted in legacy. The developer's architectural renders were brought to life inside the film, so the viewer sees the future building as part of the same story.

What the Developer Received

• Launch film: 1:04, 16:9, the hero film that opens sales.
• Extended cut: 1:46, 16:9, with graphic titles.
• Vertical cut: 1:04, 9:16, re-edited for Reels, TikTok and Stories rather than cropped.
• Campaign stills from the same shoot, for brochures, the website, billboards and broker decks.

Why One Shoot

When the film, the cutdowns and the stills come from one production, every channel shows the same project in the same light, and the developer does not pay for a separate photo shoot or a second edit team. One in-house team took the project from the concept to the final masters.
